National Information Exchange Agency (NIEA)

You have the right to request deletion of some or all of the personal data NIEA holds about you, without necessarily closing your account. Submit a request below and we will respond within 30 days.

Submit a Data Deletion Request

Email your request from the address associated with your NIEA account. Include which data you would like removed.

We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete the request within 30 days.

Types of Data You Can Request Deleted

Profile data — name, photo, bio, and other profile fields
Location data — location history and geolocation records
Activity data — posts, listings, bids, and community interactions
Messages — direct messages and communications
Device & usage data — device identifiers and usage analytics
Push notification tokens — device tokens used for notifications

Data We May Be Unable to Delete

Certain data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

Transaction and payment records required for tax or legal compliance (up to 7 years)
Data needed to resolve an open dispute or enforce our Terms of Service
Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you
Information we are required to retain under applicable law
